
As an artist, educator, administrator, and award-winner, Mark McDermott has spent most of his life contributing to the vital arts community in Upstate New York . After earning a bachelor's degree in Studio Arts from Rochester's Nazareth College, McDermott founded his own business, Archigraphia, specializing in one-of-a-kind metal sculptures, fine furniture, and architectural designs. Twenty-five years later, Mark McDermott is a widely recognized artist whose work is found in public spaces, galleries, and private collections across the United States, Britian and Thailand.
Some of his public artwork can be seen at the following Rochester locations: Lollypop Farm, School of the Arts, E. Rochester Edmund Lyon Park, Former Bistro 135, and the Corn Hill neighborhood.
